‘I promised if we went back into a lockdown I would be here to help you get through it and I’m now committing to filming and sharing three new workouts a week until lockdown is over how ever long that takes.’

The coach also reassured his fans that his shorter 15-minute classes will be ‘enough’ and insisted that he is not being ‘lazy’ in axing his sessions in half.

The Body Coach’s daily morning workouts proved a huge lockdown hit with one million people subscribing to his YouTube channel in the space of a week and raising £580,000 for the NHS.

The fitness sensation, who has 2.57million YouTube subscribers, was awarded an MBE for his efforts during the coronavirus pandemic.

Announcing his MBE on Instagram last month, the fitness coach promised to ‘be back’ if there was another lockdown – and he has followed through on his pledge.
