Jean Slater attacks Suki Panesar and Phil Mitchell as she spirals out of control off her medication

JEAN Slater takes out her frustrations on Suki Panesar and Phil Mitchell next week in EastEnders as she struggles with her mental health.

The cleaner has stopped taking her bipolar medication after a stressful run in with Suki Panesar and is spiralling out of control.

EastEnders fans know that Jean has had a shocking couple of years as she’s had to grieve for her lover Daniel twice after he faked his death and then died for real upon his return to the Square. 

And Jean’s struggles with her mental health intensified recently after she stopped taking her bipolar medication. 

Earlier this month, fans were horrified when Jean convinced herself that Daniel had returned from the dead – again – when she received a posthumous present from her late lover.

The present arrived in the form of a gigantic box. 

Jean panicked and immediately thought this meant that he had faked his death again, but Stuart and Big Mo reassured her that he hadn’t. 

But later when Tommy played the piano – which had been in the box – Jean thought it was Daniel who was playing it for her and began to fret.

Next week’s episodes of EastEnders will see Kush worry about Jean’s increasingly worrying behaviour. 

Jean promises that she’s fine, but Kush’s suspicions are piqued when he discovers that she isn’t taking her medications. 

Later, after bumping into Suki, Jean takes out her frustrations on Phil and explodes at him.

Kush then tries to get through to Jean but she refuses to open up. 

Kush’s worries eat away at him and he ends up going to great lengths to make sure Jean has her tablets.
