Today host Karl Stefanovic says he lost ‘everything’ in his $6million divorce with ex-wife Cassandra Thorburn – and jokes his two Logies are ‘at the bottom of Sydney Harbour’
He finalised his divorce from Cassandra Thorburn in March 2019.
And Today host Karl Stefanovic joked on Thursday that he lost ‘everything relating to my success’ when he reached a settlement with his ex-wife.
During a tongue-in-cheek segment about divorce on The Kyle and Jackie O Show, Karl even joked that his two Logie Awards were ‘at the bottom of Sydney Harbour somewhere’.

Karl was only speaking in jest of course, and he hasn’t publicly disclosed the financial terms of his settlement with Cassandra.
He joined radio hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson for a phone-in segment in which listeners revealed the odd things they’d lost after getting divorced.
One caller said he’d lost a photo of himself with Sophie Monk during her days as a Marilyn Monroe impersonator at Movie World on the Gold Coast.

Another claimed his ex-wife had kept his military dog tags and given them to her new boyfriend out of spite.
When asked about his own experience of divorce, Karl said he’d lost all the lanyards he collected from red carpet events like the Oscars.
The 46-year-old also lost a personalised can of XXXX Gold beer with his face printed on the side, as well as a VB mini fridge.

As for his missing Logies, he said he’d asked his daughter, Ava Willow, to search for them in the attic but she couldn’t find them.
Jokes aside, Karl hasn’t revealed how much he paid Cassandra following their divorce after 21 years of marriage.
However, it’s rumoured the former TV producer and mother of three walked away with about $6 million in assets and cash.
Karl is now happily married to shoe designer Jasmine Yarbrough and the couple share a daughter, Harper, who turns one in May.
