The Celebs Go Dating star, 39, unveiled her post-baby transformation late last year after giving birth to her son in March, and credited motherhood with stopping her from ‘falling into a narcissistic black hole.’

Nadia also hinted she’s ready to start dating again as she’s looking forward to getting back to a ‘new sense of normality’ following the COVID-19 pandemic.

In an interview with Entertainment Daily, Nadia reflected on her weight loss since welcoming Ezekiel, 10 months, last year.

Nadia said she also credits motherhood with saving her from a black hole of reading comments about her online, as all her time is taken up by looking after little Ezekiel.

The dating expert added she’s taken a big step back from social media, and has been far happier since.

She added: ‘Pre-baby I had so much time on my hands, it was very easy to get narcissistically involved in googling your own name and finding out what people were saying about you and very much falling into the black hole of reading forums and stuff like that.’

Nadia went onto reveal she’s ready to start dating again since becoming a mother once lockdown restrictions have been eased.

The star previously revealed she’d shed a total of seven pounds in just a month by using the DoTheUnthinkable fitness plan after adopting a healthy lifestyle since baby Ezekiel was born.

She previously said: ‘My March due date is fast approaching so I thought I would share my birthing plan.

‘Although I know 70-80 per cent of plans don’t go to plan, so I am fully prepared that it’s unlikely to be exactly like this.

‘Stay at home playing games, cooking and having a bath for as long as possible or until waters break or four contractions in 10 mins.’
