And Toni Terry showed off her incredibly toned physique as she gave a glimpse at her home workout regime in an array of Instagram videos on Thursday evening.
The WAG, 39, who tied the knot with John Terry in 2007, looked sensational in a sky blue cropped T-shirt and matching skintight leggings as she worked up a sweat.

She flaunted her washboard abs in a snap on her Instagram stories as she revealed that she was sharing her ‘core blast workout’ soon.
Toni added a touch of glamour to her sporty attire with a stunning smokey-eye make-up palette and an understated silver bangle.
She swept her brunette tresses away from her face in a loose high ponytail as she pushed herself to the limit with the challenging workout moves.
In a series of clips, she then gave her 350,000 followers a glimpse at her intense workout at home, which included bicycle crunches, toe touches and leg raises.

The bombshell also made some of her exercises even more challenging by using a resistance band, which are used to help tone muscle.
Alongside her home workout clips, she penned: ‘Core Blast. Love a little core burner 15 reps x3 sets’
Last month, the mother-of-two shared a slew of throwback snaps of her ‘gorgeous’ husband on Instagram to mark his 40th birthday.
She wrote: ‘Happy Birthday Mr T You’re such a gorgeous person inside and out! You have the biggest heart and we just love you so much.
‘Thank you for being you! Have the best birthday baby @johnterry.26. We love you millions.’

John also took to Instagram to mark the milestone and thank his friends and fans for all of their birthday well-wishes.

The longtime couple share two children together – their twins Georgie and Summer, both 14.

The dogs, provided by special protection dog company, Chaperone K9, are able to recognise and deal with a number of different threats, including home invasion, road rage and fighting off physical attacks.
John, 40, and Toni, who put their home up for sale in March, were left shocked when burglars defecated at the foot of their bed three years ago.
Darren Eastaugh, 30, Joshua Sumer, 27, Roy Head, 28, and Oliver Hart, 25, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to commit burglary between February 1 and March 27.
The conspiracy involved seven burglaries across Surrey and Sussex. All four were jailed for a total of 27 years and 11 months at Kingston Crown Court.

A fifth man, Kye Hardy-King, 25, pleaded guilty to one count of handling stolen goods when some of the stolen property was found at his home.
Police were able to trace them using DNA from the excrement left at the scene.
The thugs struck after the footballer posed for pictures on the slopes of the French Alps with his long-term partner, revealing to his 3.4million followers that he was having a ‘great few days away skiing with the family’.
But while the pair happily shared photos and videos of their lavish holiday, they didn’t realise the posts had attracted the attention of a gang of prolific burglars.
