Adene seemingly confirmed earlier this week Sam had taken her new husband Richard Lavender’s name.

Sam married millionaire businessman Richard Lavender at his Southern Highlands estate on New Year’s Eve.

Adene shared one of the photos she took of the wedding on Instagram, and wrote in the caption: ‘Congratulations Mrs Lavender.’

Sam had previously hinted she would go down the non-traditional route of keeping her surname after marrying Richard.

She was asked about changing her surname to Lavender while attending the Everest Carnival Fashion Lunch in October.

She told The Daily Telegraph it was an ‘interesting thought’ and didn’t rule out any possibilities.
