Caprice, 49, poses in a bra top and leggings as she reveals plans to resume boxing training

She was recently forced to ditch her Christmas travel plans with her family, after one of her children tested positive for novel coronavirus – forcing her into isolation.

And Caprice Bourret showed she’s fighting fit, as she took to Instagram to share sizzling snaps of her incredibly toned physique on Tuesday morning.

The model, 49, looked sensational as she posed up a storm in a white sports bra, which she teamed with blue leggings and white Adidas socks.

Showing off her enviably taut abs, the star shared that she’s eager to get back into boxing training, following a three-week break amid the Tier 4 COVID-19 lockdown, and indulging over the Christmas holiday.

She wrote: ‘Happy Tue fab friends!!!! Gotta get tucked back into my exercise regime had a break for 3 weeks and eating nonstop for hols…

‘Usually am boxing 2-3 times a week but can’t now so instead running and circuit training which includes ab work, leg lifts to tighten inner and outer thighs, core, tushie, and of course arms…

‘But really miss my boxing as it is the best workout I have ever done and fast results but really tough usually sweating from head to toe after an hour of great torture… PS workout minus the pound of makeup I have on.’

Caprice also touched upon the precautionary measures she’s been taking in a bid to remain healthy amid the ongoing pandemic.

She wrote: ‘Hope y’all staying safe lots of people getting this evil Covid more than I have ever seen in my circles…

‘They say take loads of vitamin D and K (don’t go over the top as to much isn’t good)… loads of C ( you could take as much as you want whatever the bod doesn’t need it disregards naturally) fruits and veg…

‘Fired off a few tips as boosting immunity is key …love u guys so much please please stay safe and healthy and don’t forget to smile as happiness is everything.’

The model – who raises seven-year-old sons Jett and Jax with her husband Ty Comfort, 54 – had hoped to celebrate the Yuletide season in lavish style with a getaway from their London base, until the test result scuppered all plans. 

And a source closed to the Californian beauty recently revealed to MailOnline that she’s feared being struck down with the virus as she cared for her offspring.

The source says all family members were tested in preparation for jetting off, with each getting negative results with the exception of one.

According to the source, Caprice contacted the mummy group at her children’s school ‘to inform them ASAP’ and then followed up with an email to the school.

‘Caprice has been constantly checking the family’s temperature this year,’ said the source. ‘Before the holiday they have had no symptoms at all. She even performed two tests to double check the first test kit wasn’t faulty.’

According to reports Caprice’s family members have had COVID-19 earlier this year already apart from Caprice.

The source said: ‘Back in February, before it was known what all of the signs and symptoms were, she kissed her husband when he lost his sense of taste and smell and didn’t contract COVID-19.

‘However, this time she hasn’t left her child’s side even though he is asymptomatic. She is like a sitting duck and a bit worried she is next.

‘Her entire family have been self isolating as requested by the NHS. She has had a bit of hard time recently, first with her beloved dog Stinker of 20 years who passed away last week and now this.’

Caprice, who tied the knot with Ty last December after eight years together, previously said she and her husband were making the most of the first lockdown.

‘Oh my god this lockdown was dangerous,’ the mother-of-two joked back in September. ‘I was getting busy, so busy!’

Added the sassy star: ‘Honey, and I don’t mean household cleaning unless you mean I was busy cleaning out “my tubes”! My husband was thinking, “oooh I quite like this lockdown, this is fabulous!”‘ 

However, between the amorous delights, Caprice admitted to having her hands full as she helped her sons with their school work before their summer break.

She said at the time: ‘I lost hair! This home schooling was the most stressful thing ever. My kids are seven years old and I had no idea how to do any of their homework.

‘I just thought, “oh I am having blonde moments left, right and centre”. I tried to keep a structured schedule but the kids just ignored me.

‘But happy days now, the boys are back at school. Oh my goodness, I celebrated! On the first day I was like bye’ – “out the door, have a good time, byeee”.’

When it comes to her own career interests, the star touched on her former days of posing on magazine covers and how she had to evolve with age.

‘You know what, I used to love taking my kit off,’ she said. ‘But now I am 48 years old so now everything stays on. And with kids, a business and a husband, things change.

‘As a model, something really horrible happened – I turned 30. That is one foot in the grave in the modelling world, regardless of how successful you are.

‘So I had to think of plan B and I thought what would people buy into? So I went down the lingerie route and launched By Caprice Products.

‘My favourite now is my glamorous By Caprice Home range. It is something I am really proud of and it is for my kids future.’
