In October Billie revealed she suffered her first fall while practicing for the upcoming series of Dancing On Ice with her partner Mark Hanretty.

Billie took to Instagram and admitted she cried for half an hour and thinks her body went into shock following the incident.

However help was soon at hand, as her husband Greg and their two children, Nelly and Arthur, arrived to cheer her up.

Following their visit, Billie shared a smiley snap of herself and her family standing on the ice together, as they enjoyed a skating session following rehearsals.

She captioned the sweet shot: ‘Look who come to visit me today. Before they all got to the ice rink I had my first bad fall on the ice… I can’t believe I actually cried for over half an hour.’

‘I think my body went into shock, I couldn’t stop crying and then I was laughing and then crying, anyway I’m totally fine… thank you @markhanretty for getting me through that one.

‘I’m sure there will be many more. Seeing Nelly and Arthur’s little faces definitely cheered me up and @gregory_shep of course.’
