Ant Anstead has exposed his true feelings about his split from wife Christina Anstead.
The Wheelers Dealers host, 41, said the breakup with the 37-year-old Flip or Flop star ‘hit me hard’ in a new interview with People.
‘I think everybody knows this was not my decision,’ revealed the father-of-three.

Anstead also admitted he ‘had so much love’ for his second wife, with whom he shares one-year-old son Hudson.
The English television presenter had previously hinted that the decision to split was not mutual, when back in September he wrote on Instagram that he was ‘holding on to hope’ of a reunion.
‘I never gave up on us. I pray Christina’s decision brings her happiness,’ wrote Ant beneath a black and white photo of the couple.

Ant revealed in October that he attended a five-week ‘Breakup Recovery’ course, which claims to help people ‘design the life and love [they’ve] longed for.’
He recently told People that he’s feeling like himself again after he was in ‘a very dark place’ amid the split: ‘Every day is an improvement. Obviously, going back a couple of months, I mean, it was a big hit.’
The Wheeler Dealers host added: ‘It really hit me hard. The impact on me, my sleep, my diet, my stress, it showed.
‘But I reached this turning point where I was either going to dwell in the darkness or I was just going to slap myself around the face a few times and say, “Wake up; you’re incredibly blessed. Focus on all the great things.”‘

Meanwhile, his ex wife has since welcomed a new addition to her family.
Christina showed off the cutest new member of her brood Monday, as she introduced their Rottweiler puppy Biggie to her 1.5million Instagram followers with some cute photos and video.
The real estate investor captioned the post: ‘Too cute not to share. Meet the newest member of our family – Biggie. We are all obsessed and in love.’

Another heartwarming snap shows her youngest, son Hudson, one, whom she shares with Ant, 41, walking like a pro in their yard, as Biggie sniffed at his hand.
Christina also posted a clip of Biggie meeting their French bulldog Cash, who ran circles around his new pal, which she captioned: ‘Zoomies.’

It came after the celebrity real estate investor announced her split with Ant back in September, after they tied the knot in December of 2018.
She told People at the time: ‘Ant and I have made the difficult decision to separate. We are grateful for each other and as always, our children will remain our priority. We appreciate your support and ask for privacy for us and our family as we navigate the future.’
Christina later filed for divorce in November, after a source told People she was ‘lonely and unhappy,’ adding: ‘After the baby, they started having conflicts.’

In addition to Taylor, Christina shares son Brayden, five, with Tarek, to whom she was married from 2009 to 2018.
