As a healthcare personnel Park was one of the first classes of people to be offered the dose alongside residents of long-term care facilities.

After getting the test administered he shared that you have to be monitored by professionals before getting released.

Park added that people should take Tylenol for any ‘injection site pain,’ before holding up a bag of gummy fruit snacks which he joked were ‘treats for being so vewy bwave,’ in baby speak.

He posted a sticker afterwards that said ‘I got my Covid-19 vaccine,’ while writing that he would be posting an ‘honest assessment’ of any symptoms or feelings on days ‘1-3’, as well as markers of one week, one month and two months.

The Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine as well as the Moderna vaccine – whose emergency use authorization is currently being determined – have side effects that can range from pain, headache, and fatigue.

In clinical trials only 16% of people experienced ‘severe’ adverse reaction which required medical attention or prevented them from going about their daily lives.

In studies done, side effects were more common after a second dosage of the vaccine but were less common amongst people 55 and younger.

Despite the seeming ease of the process, a quarter of Americans reported that they would ‘probably’ or ‘definitely’ refuse to get it in a survey taken in the late summer.

The vaccine comes at a time when an astonishing 17M cases have been reported in the United States and 308K deaths.

As promised Park vows to provide updates on his journey as he tries to normalize the vaccination so the world can slowly rebuild.

Park was eliminated during the seventh week of The Bachelorette, as Tayshia’s journey to find love on the hit dating show will culminate in two episodes next week.
