Her relationship with Jamal Bryant came under scrutiny after Monique Samuels claimed he was secretly dating another woman during the fiery reunion of The Real Housewives Of Potomac.
But Gizelle Bryant insists she and Jamal are doing just ‘fine.’
Speaking with DailyMail.com, Gizelle insisted the accusations Monique made were deflecting from her own behavior this past season.

‘I just felt like it was a huge deflection,’ she explained. ‘She has a lot of answering to do herself with regards to her behavior this season. No, Jamal and I are fine. No one can tell us about our relationship, so we’re fine. I was just like, “Wow, you ladies are really angry! You all are really mad at Gizelle! Don’t know why, but okay!”‘
Monique accused Jamal of dating another woman outside of his relationship with Gizelle, and even read from text messages allegedly sent between the pair on the show.
Monique also claimed Jamal told the other woman he was dating that his newly rekindled relationship with Gizelle was just for show.
Gizelle was not entirely surprised when she was confronted with the shocking accusations.
‘She said that she was going to do it. I knew she was going to try pull some trick out. It just made me feel like “Wow, you had time to put together a scrap book, and a scrap book of deflection.” It was kind of sad for her. You’re going through all this for what?’

Karen Huger also accused the pair of faking their romance for show and Jamal of fathering another child outside of his relationship with Gizelle. Gizelle denied he had another child during the reunion episode.
Gizelle also addressed the status of her beauty line Every Hue, which has stopped selling products after her manufacturer shut down as a result of the pandemic.
‘We went from “They’re going to close for two weeks” and “They’re going to close for two months”, and now we can’t get them on the phone,’ she revealed. ‘It’s been a bit of a struggle.’
Despite the setback, Gizelle has found some positives in the uncertainty.

‘It’s allowed me to kind of relax a bit and take that energy and that space and work on some other things. But as soon as we can figure out our manufacturer, we will. But in this COVID situation we’re not in a rush to do it at all.’
Gizelle also shed light on how production on this year’s reunion special had been impacted by COVID-19.
Viewers watched the housewives get their temperatures taken as they arrived to the set with their face masks on, but the precautions started even before the women set foot onto the show.

‘We all got a COVID test prior even coming… We didn’t fly there, we didn’t take a train, we were all in private cars, just so that we could be as safe as possible. All of that was totally different,’ she revealed.
Much like the reunion special, the holidays will be looking much different for Gizelle, who plans on spending it with Jamal and their daughters.
Asked if she had any tips for keeping the holidays drama-free, she recommended alcohol.
‘I feel like a drama-free holiday is extremely boring. But, it is going to be drama-free, only because Thanksgiving and Christmas is just me, the girls, and Jamal. I can’t be with my siblings, I can’t be with parents… We’re just trying to do the best that we can being safe. Next year the tip would be a lot of drinks! That normally levels out the drama.’
