Lleyton Hewitt’s former Adelaide mansion sells for a cool $2million

Lleyton Hewitt sold his former Adelaide mansion for a cool $2,185,600 back in 2014.

And the stylish abode’s owners have seen a loss of $120,600 after offloading the West Lakes property once again, realestate.com.au reports.

The new residents have splashed out $2.065 million for the three-bedroom abode which boasts a spa, swimming pool, three bars and a cinema room. 

Another key feature of the sprawling lakeside home is its feature waterfall.

The deal was finalised recently by Klemich Real Estate agents Penny Riggs and Sam George, who took over the listing from another agency in January.

Seller Emmanouel Pishas had nothing but gushing words for the slick pad and claimed that he only sold it because his new home in Prospect was better suited for his family.

He told the industry publication: ‘Every time my grandchildren came over there, they were inside. Basically, the decision was made purely for my grandchildren.’

Pishas added that he would miss the home’s tranquillity and the idyllic view of the lake.

Meanwhile, Lleyton’s own family has been hitting the headlines, with Woman’s Day reporting that his 15-year-old daughter Mia is destined for a career on the catwalk.

‘Mia’s five-year plan is to move to either New York or Paris and make a name for herself,’ a source told the magazine.

The insider went on to say that Mia’s famous parents, Lleyton and actress Bec Hewitt are concerned about her living so far away, but remain supportive of her dreams nonetheless.

Mia was reportedly once interested in following in her mother’s footsteps by starring in Home and Away, but now has her sights firmly set on modelling.
