Ashley Tisdale covers baby bump in an oversized sweatshirt for a ‘Sunday stretch’ with morning yoga 

She’s expecting her first child.

And Ashley Tisdale made the most of the good morning light with a few yoga poses shared to Instagram on Sunday.

The 35-year-old actress sported a pair of short leggings and a sweatshirt as she sent salutations to the sun to start her day on the right foot.

Ashley radiated light while on the mat as she stretched her pregnant body to welcome in the new day.

‘Sunday stretch,’ she captioned the series. ‘The divine light in me recognizes the divine light in you.’

The High School Musical star was spotted running a few errands around town in Los Angeles on Saturday afternoon.

Ashley was feeling the winter whites as she stepped out in a thick turtleneck sweater paired with matching slacks.

She added a quirky touch with a pair of black knit booties and made sure to protect herself and others amid the global pandemic by wearing a face mask.

Tisdale announced that she was expecting her first child, a girl, with husband Christopher in September.  

‘IM PREGNANT!!!! Wow, it feels so good to finally share this news with you guys! Where do I even begin?,’ she wrote in her blog. ‘For YEARS it has been the question from everyone since I got married. At first, I rebelled against it, and like clockwork, after I got engaged EVERYONE (and I mean everyone!) asked when I was getting married.’

Ashley and Christopher celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary in September.

‘Then, once I was married, everyone was asking when I was having kids,’ she added. ‘To be honest, it just felt invasive. I wasn’t ready for that step yet and I wanted to be selfish and have Chris all to myself for a while. Honestly, I wouldn’t have had it any other way.’
