He’s adding another property to his already impressive real estate portfolio.

And Red Hot Chili Pepper’s bassist Flea purchased a stunning architectural garden mansion for $7.5million, according to property records.

The 58-year-old musician snapped up a four-bedroom tropical oasis in the heart of the exclusive Malibu Colony community located in the center of town.

The 1,850-square-foot abode was built in the ’50s and is located steps away from the beach in the popular gated community.

A majestic tropical forest provides a secluded hideaway in the coastal town which sees up to 13 million visitors per year with roughly 13,000 residents. 

Massive ficus hedges, date palms and a bougainvillea plant provide privacy as you enter the property.

Flea — who’s full name is Michael Peter Balzary  — owns another property in Malibu in addition to an architectural compound in La Crescenta. 

His fellow RHCP bandmates, Anthony Kiedis and Chad Smith, also own homes in the area. 

The Chili Peppers are one of the best-selling bands of all time and have sold more than 80 million records since first forming in Los Angeles in 1983.
