Married At First Sight’s Michael Goonan returns to work at his family’s ice business in Brisbane… after splitting from girlfriend KC Osborne
Married At First Sight’s Michael Goonan recently split from his girlfriend KC Osborne after five months of dating.
And it seems the newly-single 29-year-old, who is the director of his family business Adelaide Ice, has turned his focus back to his job.
On Tuesday, Michael had a busy day at work after travelling to Brisbane to oversee the company’s Queensland operation.

The 29-year-old wore black pants, a yellow T-shirt and grey jumper as he visited his company’s buyers.
The reality TV star completed his ensemble with a pair of beige work boots and wore a black hat.
At one point, Michael was spotted enjoying a break while puffing on a cigarette and having a quick meal.

During his introduction on Married At First Sight last year, Michael revealed how he’d worked hard for years to become a young millionaire.
‘I can’t remember since I was 12 a week that I wasn’t working. I’m the director of a cold food storage and food manufacturing business,’ he began.
‘When I was 24 I was actually able to afford a property over $1million. It has all paid off. I’d be lying if I said I didn’t have a taste for a couple of watches and shiny toys.’
Michael was paired with Stacey Hampton, 26, on the reality series but once the show wrapped he began dating his MAFS co-star KC Osborne, 31.

The couple had dated for five months before calling it quits on their relationship last month.
While not going into detail about the split, KC said she hoped that Michael can ‘make some changes’ and said she wishes him nothing but the best.
‘It’s not my place to talk personally about Michael, however I do hope Michael makes some changes as I will always believe in his potential and wish blessings on his life.’

Michael meanwhile told Daily Mail Australia in a statement, he’s a ‘workaholic’ and ‘hasn’t been able to give KC the time she deserves.’
‘Since the show finished I’ve been really focused on work and so much of my time has been heavily invested into my business,’ Michael said.
‘I’ve always been a workaholic and I’ve struggled to find a healthy balance between work and my relationship with KC. I haven’t been able to give her the time she deserves.’
