Rebel Wilson shows off her slimmed-down figure in a black tracksuit as she continues her ‘year of health’ after losing an impressive 18kg

She has lost an estimated 18kg after vowing to make 2020 her ‘year of health’.

And on Friday, actress Rebel Wilson flaunted her slimmed-down figure in a matching black athleisure ensemble while spending time at home in Sydney.

The Pitch Perfect star, 40, looked sensational as she playfully played down her zipper and pouted while enjoying the sunset from her balcony.

Rebel showed off her trimmer physique in her long-sleeved top, which featured a white trim.

The Isn’t It Romantic star styled her luscious blonde locks in soft curls, and opted for natural-look makeup.  

‘Werking this jumpsuit to the max,’ she captioned the photo on Instagram Stories.     

 

The Hustle actress is believed to have lost 18kg (40lbs or 2.8 stone) since January.

According People last month, Rebel’s remarkable transformation is partially down to following the Mayr Method diet plan.

A source said: ‘It’s an approach that eliminates food intolerances, reduces sugar, encourages eating whole foods slowly, boosts the immune system and reduces inflammation.

‘She exercises with a personal trainer up to six times a week, goes on walks and is trying to up her protein intake nutritionally.’

They added: ‘I know she’s also been working on conquering her emotional eating patterns of behaviour.’

‘Okay so for me 2020 is going to be called “The Year of Health”,’ she wrote on Instagram at the time.

‘I put on the athleisure and went out for a walk, deliberately hydrating on the couch right now and trying to avoid the sugar and junk food which is going to be hard after the holidays I’ve just had but I’m going to do it!’ 

Rebel revealed in May she was trying to get down to her goal weight of 75kg (165lbs or 11.8 stone).
