Rebel Wilson has been embarking on a regime of health and self care. 

And the 40-year-old actress was absolutely glowing as she posed for a selfie on Friday. 

In the image, which was shared to Instagram, the Australian star showed off her flawless skin and slimmed-down features.

Peering into the camera with the sun behind her, Rebel wore a hat and appeared to be sun bathing in her yard in Sydney. 

The Pitch perfect star captioned the cheerful photo simply: ‘You are my sunshine’.  

Rebel has lost an estimated 18kg after vowing to make 2020 her ‘year of health’.

Rebel showed off her trimmer physique in her long-sleeved top, which featured a white trim.

‘Werking this jumpsuit to the max,’ she captioned the photo on Instagram Stories.

According People last month, Rebel’s remarkable transformation is partially down to following the Mayr Method diet plan. 

A source said: ‘It’s an approach that eliminates food intolerances, reduces sugar, encourages eating whole foods slowly, boosts the immune system and reduces inflammation.

‘She exercises with a personal trainer up to six times a week, goes on walks and is trying to up her protein intake nutritionally.’

They added: ‘I know she’s also been working on conquering her emotional eating patterns of behaviour.’
