The star donned a white crop top with a pair of black leggings and matching trainers while she styled her blonde locks into a ponytail.

Kate announced she is expecting her first child earlier this month and shared a sweet video where she sat down with Rio’s three children — Lorenz, 13, Tate, 11, and Tia, nine — to tell them the news.

Talking about whether her energy or motivation to workout has changed since becoming pregnant, Kate told MailOnline that she is tired but keeping active.

The star also admitted that she is trying to stay quiet on social media and enjoy time with her family before the coronavirus lockdown ends.

Talking about how her energy has changed since becoming pregnant, she said: ‘I think being pregnant it does change, you are a bit more tired at times but I try to stay active as it’s good for my mind.

‘We go for walks with the family, stuff like that, it doesn’t always have to be crazy exercise just as long as you’re moving more than you’re sitting, you still feel good.’

Talking about whether her fitness regime will change now she’s pregnant, Kate said: ‘I think you have to be really careful, take advice form professionals. I definitely don’t think it can stay the same, it has definitely changed.

‘I’m working out at a lot slower pace and taking it easy, listening to my body really.’

Kate also revealed that there could be a potential for future pregnancy workouts to help any of her followers who are also expecting a child.

She said: ‘Potentially in the future… obviously I’m not a personal trainer and I’m not qualified in that. It will just have to be the right advice going forward.

Kate is yet to celebrate her baby news with friends and extended family, she joked that she is ready for lockdown to be over although it has helped her put ‘life into perspective’.

She said: ‘I can’t wait actually. I can’t wait to go to a restaurant as well and get some nice food.

‘It really puts life into perspective, what’s important and what isn’t, what you can live without. I do think it’s been good for everyone but I am ready for it to be over.’
