Kate Ferdinand has announced that she is pregnant and expecting her first child with husband Rio.
The former TOWIE star, 29, took to her Instagram on Thursday to share a sweet video of herself and Rio, 41, telling his three children – Tate, 11, Lorenz, 13, and Tia, nine.
Kate captioned the announcement with: ‘The crazy house is about to get a little bit crazier … every time I watch this it makes me cry, the best reaction ❤️ Baby Ferdy we are all so excited to meet you.’

In the video, the couple sat down Rio’s three children as they shared the news with them for the first time and filmed their reactions.
Kate and Rio started off by looking through baby pictures with Tate, Lorenz and Tia as they reminisced about their childhoods.
The former TOWIE star said: ‘I think Tia you look the same’ to which Tia replied: ‘That one looks like me.’
Kate then cryptically added: ‘Look at it page by page, that’s right.’

To which Lorenz read out a message which said: ‘Before we used to argue everyday of the week, now for the next chapter. Guess what?’
Anticipating there was exciting news, the teenager jumped out of his chair to which Kate announced: ‘I’m pregnant!’
The reality star then cradled her blossoming baby bump and added: ‘Have you not noticed?’
Kate’s three stepchildren were left overjoyed at the news as they jumped out of their chairs cheering to hug the couple.

Tate shouted: ‘No you’re not!’, with Lorenz declaring: ‘What the hell? Yes! Are you actually?’ and Tia sweetly adding: ‘OMG! Sister, sister!’
Kate’s 1.2 million followers and celebrity pals were quick to react to the video as they shared their well-wishes.
Sam Faiers said: ‘Congratulations to you all ❤️ such wonderful news xxx.’
Rio’s brother Anton Ferdinand put: ‘This is the best news another Ferdy on its way!! so proud of you all love you guys @rioferdy5 @xkateferdinand.’
While Vas J Morgan added: ‘Omg what a beautiful reaction.’
The reality star, 27, embarked on a relationship with footballer Rio, 41, in 2017 and stepped back from TOWIE to become a mother figure for the trio, after his first wife, Rebecca, tragically passed away in 2015.
And in her and Rio’s BBC documentary: Becoming A Family, which aired earlier this year, Kate said getting to know the children and Rio as a unit was a ‘hard couple of years’ as she was met with hostility from extended family members.
Two years on, Kate says she is more relaxed about being ‘honest’ about the highs and lows of parenting.
Kate said: ‘I’m just being more open and honest with everything. I’ve found a happy-medium.
‘We compare ourselves to everyone’s best bits and we don’t always know what’s going on.
‘So I’ve made a conscious effort to try and be more open and honest and share not always the great bits of my life and that makes me feel better aswell because you haven’t got as much pressure to live up to what everything thinks is happening.’
