The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards suffers from insomnia and she’s been up late watching instructional cooking videos on Martha Stewart’s Instagram page to keep herself ‘happy.’
‘I’ve had the worst insomnia since I was a kid,’ the 49-year-old mother-of-three – who boasts 3.3M Instagram/Twitter followers – wrote Tuesday.
‘And now at 3am I’m so happy I have @marthastewart48 to watch all her videos. Clearly I need many many lessons.’

‘The kids are happy to not be in school, but it’s also caused a lot of anxiety,’ Richards told Extra in March.
‘I tell them this will pass. It will. We all just can’t panic. It’s something that the entire world is going through… This is something none of us have experienced before.’
