1. Noel grows frustrated
Noel feels overwhelmed with his tasks on the reception desk and approaches Connie about getting some extra assistance.

2. Noel notices a vulnerable patient
Noel then notices a teenage patient called Bluebell and is intrigued when he realises she’s refusing treatment under her mum is brought back into ED.
Later, Noel spends more time with the teenager and realises there’s more going on than everyone initially thought.

3. Noel uncovers a big secret
Later, Noel is shocked out of his skin when he stumbles upon Bluebell holding Dr Joe at knife point.
He begs the teenager to open up to him about what’s going on.
But when she finally reveals her secret to Noel, he ends up in grave danger too.

4. Fenisha faces a huge dilemma
Fenisha continues to reel following her baby discovery next week in Casualty.
And when she gets talking to a single mother covered in glass and with a Toddler with a crayon stuck up his nose on an ambulance callout, she realises that she’s just not ready for the parenting lifestyle.
Having made up her mind to get an abortion, she heads for her appointment.
But will she go through with it?

5. David makes a blunder
David puts his foot in it again when Faith overhears him saying he doesn’t understand how she’s working while her son Luka is having chemotherapy.
Faith later confronts David and tells him she’s working in order to put food on her children’s plates and keep a roof over their head.
David is mortified that she overheard and kicks himself for being so stupid.

6 Fenisha has a change of heart
At the abortion clinic, Fenisha doesn’t know what to do when a nurse asks her if her lack of self-belief is influencing her decision to have an abortion.
Fenisha then postpones her decision and heads back to work, where Tamzin reassures her that motherhood is the best thing ever.
Fenisha then decides to keep the baby, but doesn’t want to break the news to its father.
