Kate concluded her post by thanking her fans for their well wishes, as she wrote: “I am sorry I have not been able to reply to them individually, as I am sure you will understand that I am focusing on my family and Derek right now.”
The television personality has been on a break from GMB since Derek was hospitalised earlier this month and has been showing her appreciation for the NHS with Instagram videos showing her and her two children taking part in the Clap for Carers event at their home.
