Taylor Swift is keeping herself busy in isolation by cooking, drinking wine and listening to music

Taylor Swift reveals how she is keeping busy in isolation… by ‘cooking, sipping wine’ and watching Hitchcock films

She’s normally always on the go – from writing pop tracks to acting and constant touring.

But quarantine has forced Taylor Swift to slow down – with the 30-year-old finding time to watch classic movies and cook from scratch.

‘I love spending a full evening cooking a meal while sipping a glass of wine and listening to old music,’ she told People magazine.

In an interview earlier this month, the Red singer spoke on how she is staying connected with friends and family during this distant time.

‘During this time I know that a lot of my friends and I have been doing a sort of weekly family FaceTime, which is always hilarious,’ she told SiriusXM.

Adding: ‘I think it’s really important that we all stay connected because, you know, isolation doesn’t have to be an all encompassing thing. ‘

She went on to say: ‘We may be all isolated physically but we can still keep in touch with people, we can still play games with our friends and families on our phones—that is one of the great things about modern technology.’

‘So I hope you guys are doing a lot of self care in terms of staying connected to the people that remind you of home, even if the situation is strange and really confusing at this moment,’ The Man singer continued.

Not only are cooking and wine keeping her busy but in the radio interview she said she has been consuming plenty of movies and TV shows.

‘A lot of people have been watching lots and lots of TV in this time of quarantine. I have actually been going back and watching old films that I hadn’t seen before,’ the Cats star said.

‘I went and watched – I actually hadn’t seen Rear Window and if you haven’t seen that film go check it out. It’s got Grace Kelly, it’s phenomenal, it’s [by] [Alfred] Hitchcock.’
