‘During these horrific times, I, like so many people, go to the ‘gram for a little levity and hopefully some good news,’ Naomi wrote on Instagram.

She added: ‘For the past few weeks I’ve tried to use my feed to provide some humour, to share with family, friends, and fans and try to lift a few spirits.

‘I think it’s important to take a moment to remind ourselves that it’s ok to ask for help, or cry or wallow… I have shed many tears,’ she admitted.

Naomi went on to explain that she had spoken to three people that day, who cried on the phone to her.

‘There’s so much uncertainty. So much grief in the loss of routine, regularity… and of course, jobs and even worse, loved ones.

‘My heart hurts for those that are suffering. My heart breaks for those lost and those that cannot see their families,’ Naomi wrote in the heartfelt post.

‘I’m filled with gratitude for those that work on the frontlines, that give and give tirelessly. It’s deeply profound how we are collectively trying to move through this endless trauma.

‘Reach out to your friends and loved ones and ask them if they’re ok. A little goes a long way. Sending you all love,’ she finished.

Before heading to the Hamptons, Naomi and ex partner Liev were hunkering down as a unit in Los Angeles with their sons and his girlfriend Taylor Neisen.

New York-based Liev and Taylor have now moved to a condo in Los Angeles’ Venice Beach so they could be nearby. It is unclear if she made it to the Hamptons with the blended family.

Meanwhile Naomi has spent more than a year dating Billy Crudup, whose wife she plays on the Netflix show Gypsy.
