Tim Robards reveals his ‘gratitude checklist’ and mental health tips during the coronavirus crisis – amid rumours his wife Anna Heinrich is pregnant

Former Bachelor star Tim Robards has shared his ‘quarantine checklist’ as Australia heads further towards lockdown amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

Tim revealed his six tips to help maintain good mental health in self-isolation in a helpful Instagram post on Thursday.

His main piece of advice was to focus on what you’re grateful for, rather than what you’re missing out on.

His listed his tips, the first of which was: ‘What am I grateful for today?’ 

The Neighbours star then asked his followers if they were ‘checking in on’ and ‘connecting with’ their friends and family throughout the day. 

As tip three, offered: ‘What expectations of normal am I letting go of today?’

Tim finished things off by asking his fans how they were ‘getting outside’ and ‘moving their body’.

He ended the list on a philosophical note, asking: ‘What beauty am I either creating, cultivating or inviting in today?’ 

Tim has been keeping fit himself during the pandemic, and was spotted at his local tennis court earlier this week.

It comes amid rumours Tim’s wife, lawyer Anna Heinrich, is pregnant with the couple’s first child.

According to Woman’s Day on Monday, she avoided drinking alcohol at a social event recently, ‘opting for soda water instead’. 

The couple have declined to comment on the speculation. 

Tim and Anna have been together for seven years, after meeting on The Bachelor in 2013. They married in Puglia, Italy, in June 2018.
