She’s currently in the midst of a busy schedule as she promotes her recently released single, How To Be Lonely, and its racy accompanying video.

But Rita Ora, 29, caught fans’ attention for all the wrong reasons on Sunday, when an exercise session she shared on Instagram ended with her accidentally banging her head her ceiling.

The Girls singer was in the midst of a live video session with her followers when she showed off a few of her favourite exercise moves, including squat jumps.

And as Jay-Z’s seminal 1998 hit Hard Knock Life rang out in the background, the star appeared to underestimate the height of her beamed ceiling, as she jumped up.

Donning a grey hoodie, the Kosovo-born beauty was seen recoiling in pain and holding the top of her head following her unfortunate mishap.

Rita’s video comes after she detailed the struggles of her hectic showbiz lifestyle of jetting around the world to perform to her adoring fans, admitting: ‘it’s such a high, and then such a low’.

The Hot Right Now hitmaker also revealed that she exercises ‘all the time’ to keep her mental health in check, and has built a ‘thick skin’ over the years.

Rita told Daily Star of her lifestyle: ‘It is hard to explain as it is such a high and then it is such a low. It happens all the time.

‘Especially when I have done something like a show… I get home and I’m like, “Wow this is crazy”. I still don’t believe it to be honest but I definitely love it.’

Although she’s experienced 10 years of continued success, Rita is still as real and as down-to-earth as ever, and keeps her mental health in check by exercising.

‘One of the most liberating feelings for me is performing and creating music. You all know that music will always be my first love, even when I’m working on different projects, I’m always writing and making music……so, here’s something new!

‘Travelling the world, working and experiencing different countries and being on the road constantly, I’ve learnt over the years to enjoy my own company and cherish every interaction.

‘This song is inspired by lots of different periods of my life; times where I’ve come to realise that we’re all valuable people, something we should cherish, and that while connections are important, we don’t ever need the approval of others.

‘When you’re alone, remember that you are enough and that you have the strength to make your own choices. Enjoy being you!’
