The Bachelor viewers call Locky Gilbert and Charley Bond’s raunchy mud bath ‘revolting’ and ‘gross’ and call for the tub to be banned
Bachelor viewers moaned in unison as the infamous ‘bath tub’ returned on Thursday.
Fans of the reality show will remember the tub first appeared in Richie Strahan’s season when he enjoyed a sensual chocolate bath date with Alex Nation.
On Thursday, Charley Bond, 25, whisked Locky Gilbert, 30, away for some steamy one-on-one time in a mud bath at the cocktail party.

‘That bath looks revolting,’ commented one viewer.
‘I’m grossed out… Just gross,’ added a second fan, before a third added: ‘This mud bath triggers me!’
One devoted viewer was clearly having flashbacks to season four when they wrote: ‘Can we ban baths from the Bach series.’

Meanwhile, another viewer put their foot down, and clearly had something to scream about, tweeting: ‘MUD BATHS SHOULD NOT BE AT THE COCKTAIL PARTY. THAT IS A RULE AS OLD AS TIME. GOSH!’
‘Oh dear god, mud bath. Haven’t we been through enough?’ quipped another at the mere sight of the murky madness.
However, one viewer seemed to praise the tubs return.
‘Gotta give the Bach producers credit for somehow always getting a bath into the series,’ they wrote.

Upset: In particular Roxi Kenny (pictured), who said, ‘We were all super pissed off. Dude, like, you have cut this whole party off by an hour at minimum’
Charley’s mud bath plan worked as she received a rose, but the idea failed to go down well with the other ladies.

‘We’re all done up. We’re all very respectful of each other. Save it for your single date. Save it for your single time, when no-one’s there and has to witness that or be around that. It’s gross. I don’t want to watch that.’
The Bachelor continues Wednesday at 7.30pm on Channel Ten
