ASHLEY Roberts said “dancing is good for my soul” as she prepared to lead a one-off special class tonight.
The Pussycat Dolls star has teamed up with Frame and Bacardi to hold the event on her Instagram account tonight at 6pm.
Since going into lockdown The Pussycat Dolls were forced to reschedule their React tour dates but Ashley is making sure she stays in shape.
Speaking exclusively ahead of the class this evening, Ashley said: “The class is going to be really high intensity but loads of fun. The whole concept is just about having fun.
“Tonight we’re dancing to the sound of rum.
“It’s music that just gets your moving and grooving.
“I really do enjoy physical activity, it helps my mental health and my physical health. I try to be active every day for 20 minutes.
“Dance has been proven that it’s good for the soul, moving your body lifts your spirits.”
The hour long class will teach fans new moves as well as providing a fun workout.
Ashley added: “We are not doing any Pussycat Doll moves today but normally on Fridays I do throwback routines – like Buttons or React.
“Today we’re doing something different but I think people will really enjoy it.
“Get up and get on some good tunes – and don’t take yourself seriously. ”
