Married At First Sight’s self-confessed Princess bride Jaimie Gardner was brought to tears following her dyslexic husband Chris Jensen’s speech this week.
But it appears her groom’s speech wasn’t the reason the 32-year-old brand manager was emotional during her wedding.
In what appears to be a swipe at the Channel Nine dating show’s edit, Jaimie’s man of honour Adam Beaupeurt claimed she was actually crying at his untelevised speech.

Sharing his full speech to his Instagram account, Adam explained: ‘Might be the real reason why @jaimiegardner cried at her [wedding]. The Man of Honour speech.’
He wrote: ‘Let me introduce myself to those I don’t know. I’m Adam Beaupeurt, Jaimie’s Man of Honour and one of her best friends.’
‘It’s a privilege to be given both of those roles, Man of Honour and best friend (because Jaimie is very picky).’

Adam continued: ‘Finding myself as one of Jaimie’s best friends was a journey that began over 12 years ago. As many friendships form in Melbourne, it happened in the queue of a nightclub.’
‘Drink cards were the currency of our friendship. But, it didn’t take me very long to see beneath her stunning beauty, and to get to know who Jaimie really was.’
Adam went on to describe Jaimie as a ‘Princess with a big heart’.
