Former Studio 10 star Jessica Rowe throws a fourth birthday party for her CAT – including a table of treats and specially made ‘cake’
Jessica Rowe was celebrating a very special birthday on Monday.
Her cat, Violet, turned four – and the former Studio 10 host went all out throwing the lucky moggie a lavish birthday do.
The 50-year-old journalist documented the event on her Instagram, first showing off the well-trained cat giving her a high-five in exchange for a lick of a treat.

In the video, Jessica wore a yellow swimming costume with a large cat image on the front while sharing the sweet moment with her pet.
Next, Jessica showed her fans Violet’s specially made ‘cake’ which involved two tins of cat food covered in a few shreds of grated cheese, plated on a pretty saucer.
The cat cake was adorned with a festive metallic ‘happy birthday’ sign in lieu of candles.

There were treats for the humans, too, with Jessica sharing a photograph of a table covered in snacks such as gummy lollies, cherries and chocolate.

Jessica was a panelist on Studio 10 from 2013 until 2018. In March that year, she announced she was leaving the morning show to spend more time with her children.
She told The Australian Women’s Weekly a year later that she actually left because she was struggling with her mental health.
Jessica married Peter Overton in 2004, and the pair have two daughters together.
