An Australian personal trainer has revealed how she turns her unruly, frizzy hair into enviable curls – and it is so easy you can do it too.

‘I ditched the towels, even the micro fibre towels a long time ago to dry my hair,’ Shona posted on Instagram.
She also says you should wet curly hair before going for a swim in the ocean, and never, ever straighten it.

‘Give up on the straightener for at least 8-12 weeks and you’ll be so impressed with the results. Who would have thought NOT BURNING THE SH*T OUT OF SOMETHING would help it improve,’ she said.
She also goes against everyone who says not to brush curly hair, because she Believes the oil should be brushed through to help achieve the best ringlets.
