Big Brother VIP star Caitlyn Jenner is ‘snuck out’ of hotel quarantine in Sydney

EXCLUSIVE: Big Brother VIP star Caitlyn Jenner is ‘snuck out’ of hotel quarantine in Sydney in the early hours of the morning as Seven beef up their security to keep cast a top secret

Caitlyn Jenner secretly left her five-star Sydney hotel in the early hours of Friday morning, after completing 14 days of mandatory quarantine ahead of her appearance on Big Brother VIP.

Daily Mail Australia understands that the 71-year-old has checked into a second hotel where she will remain until she enters the Big Brother house later this week.

A Channel Seven insider revealed that ‘Caitlyn was whisked away by two tinted Mercedes-Benz Viano vans first thing this morning’.

Low-key! Caitlyn Jenner secretly left her five star Sydney hotel in the early hours of Friday morning, following 14 days of mandatory quarantine

‘They had her sneak out of the car park early at the Meriton to avoid being noticed by photographers or other guests.’

The insider went on to claim it was Seven’s idea to have Caitlyn check out at 5:30am in a bid to avoid her being followed by paparazzi and spoiling the guarded series.

Meanwhile, another source tells Daily Mail Australia that the show’s stars are being driven around in hired cars with black sheets over the windows.

‘The drivers aren’t happy at all, they’ve had to poke their heads out of the window when reversing their cars because of the sheets covering the windows,’ they said.

Caitlyn had been staying at the Meriton Suites Pitt Street hotel, the same penthouse suite as Rita Ora, costing the network $500 a night.

While many hotel quarantine packages include food deliveries to the room, Caitlyn’s room included a modern wooden kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

Big Brother VIP is the second celebrity-themed Big Brother format to air in Australia, after a first season was made back in 2002.

The new set is currently being constructed despite the ban on building works in Sydney, after the producers were granted special permission.

The show will air on Seven later this year with Sonia Kruger is returning as host.
