Carrie Bickmore stunned her colleagues on The Project when she revealed she wasn’t wearing any shoes during Wednesday’s episode.
The show’s panelists had been discussing a recent incident, which saw a plane passenger pouring water on the bare foot of the passenger behind him, after he dared to place it on the man’s arm rest.
‘That’s disgus…’ began a clearly revolted Carrie, 40, before then stopping herself, having realised that the shoe fit.

She quickly added: ‘I was going to say that’s so gross, until I realised I’ve got no shoes on!’
Laughing, Carrie then flung one of her bare feet up onto the desk, leaving her co-hosts – Waleed Aly, Peter Helliar and Rachel Corbett – all shocked.
Carrie clearly got off on the wrong foot with Waleed, 42, who was sitting closest to the TV presenter.
