Nicky Hilton was devastated when she learned online that her mother Kathy Hilton had joined the cast of season 11 of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills.
The younger sister of Paris Hilton made the admission while on Andy Cohen’s show Watch What Happens Live on Wednesday evening.
‘Do you want to admit something I’ve never admitted in my life, besides to my husband? When I found out, I cried,’ Nicky, 37, told the host.

Kathy, 62, seemed surprised as she said: ‘Well I knew you weren’t happy! But what about now?’
‘I’ve come around, but I cried,’ Nicky then offered as she chuckled from behind the bar. I was very worried but I have been pleasantly surprised.’
Nicky then added, ‘I watch the show. I watch all of them! So I witness the craziness.’
Come on, kid! Kathy seemed surprised as she said: ‘Well I knew you weren’t happy! But what about now?’
She has stopped crying: ‘I’ve come around, but I cried,’ Nicky then said as she chuckled. ‘I was very worried about my mom doing the show but I have been pleasantly surprised’
It’s just too crazy for me! Nicky then added, ‘I watch the show. I watch all of them! So I witness the craziness’

Kathy was in the hot seat with RHOBH co-star Crystal Minkoff as Nicky served as guest bartender in the ‘clubhouse.’
When on the This Is Paris podcast in March Nicky said her mother was ‘shady’ about the show, not telling her kids she was doing it.
‘Pretty much every year this rumor surfaces: Kathy Hilton is joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. And we’re like, “No she’s not.” This year was no different,’ she told Paris.

She then asked her mother if she was doing the Bravo show and Kathy said probably not.
Then Paris and Nicky got the news online that she had signed on for the reality TV show: ‘I didn’t talk to my mom for a few days,’ said Nicky. ‘I love the show. I am a huge fan. But if someone were to ask me, “Do you want your mother on it?” No!’
Also on Andy’s show, Kathy said she was happy to be working with her sister Kyle (sister Kim is no longer on RHOBH as she only starred on the first five seasons).

‘This was like the worst thing that ever could have happened, in a way, but it’s the best! Because Kyle and I are back together,’ said Kathy.
The matriarch also earlier said she would not join RHOBH full time.
‘I will never hold a diamond, ever. That I can tell you,’ she told Entertainment Tonight last week. ‘I have a lot on my plate right now and working on some interesting, exciting things. I wouldn’t have time.’
As for season 12 she said: ‘We’ll see. There’s 21 episodes, [in season 11] so there’s another 15 episodes to watch.’
