An urban explorer has discovered an eight-bed Surrey mansion piled high with old radios and board games from the 1970s and 80s.

Joshua King, 27, and Issac Rye, 26, found a mountain of discarded appliances and clutter stacked so high the pile almost reached the ceiling.

Mr King, from Newbury in Berkshire, said whoever lived in the house must have been ‘extremely lonely and troubled’ to keep so many possessions.

Vintage vehicles, including some makes the men had never even heard off, were parked outside the house, photographs taken by the pair revealed.

‘I felt excited as I hadn’t really explored a house like this before, I was blown away by the vintage televisions and the polaroid camera,’ he added.
