A woman dubbed the ‘neighbor from hell’ has been arrested again for terrorizing the couple next door to her, who she filmed, mocked with yard signs and tormented by cutting their TV cables.

Lori Christensen, 57, has been arrested for stalking her neighbors in White Bear Township, Minnesota. They called police in December 2019 and told how she had forced them to move out.

The couple said Christensen cut their TV cables, filmed them in their home and mocked them with yard signs. She even bit the family’s dog, they said.

Christensen is known for antagonizing other neighbors and in 2013, she appeared on ABC’S 20/20 as ‘the Neighbor from Hell.’

Christensen tormented the family so much that their daughter said she was scared to go outside.

When the couple decided to sell their home, she apparently racially harassed a family of prospective buyers who were Asian, screaming at them: ‘F*** you! Go back to your f*****g country and get the f*** out of my neighborhood.’

One realtor who had tried to sell the property gave up.

They told cops: ‘Crazy neighbor lady was the biggest factor. Scared my buyers away as she’d be too high maintenance for my buyer’s family. Loved the home and property.

She also kept a female mannequin on a stick on her front porch and swiveled it to face in the direction of the other family’s home to scare them, the police report claims.

The couple also say that she screamed at their blind dog, accused the wife of being ‘drunk’ and

In 2013, Christensen was sentenced to five years probation for terrorizing another family.

She was convicted of felony harassment in that case.

It’s unclear where her gripes with the neighbors come from. When interviewed by police, she said she had a ‘first amendment right to free speech.’

She also admitted that she ‘might have mentioned’ there were ‘meth heads’ living next door, and said the prospective buyers had a ‘right to know’ about a 2014 fire in the home – even though it happened before the alleged victims moved in.

She complained that the family returned lawn tools to her broken.

In 2013, Christensen made her case on 20/20, saying she was just trying to protect herself from being stalked.

‘I think I’ve just been trying to protect myself of being stalked and being bullied.

‘Why do I have to live my life to make them happy? They sat at home every day on their front step watching me and my daughter.

‘I’m assertive. I hold my own. But I’m also a very compassionate person,’ she said.
