Bachelor: Abbie Chatfield and Sogand Mohtat attend day 1 of Fashion Week

They didn’t see eye to eye on Matt Agnew’s season of The Bachelor in 2019.

So it was no doubt an awkward reunion for Abbie Chatfield and Sogand Mohtat when they both attended day one of Afterpay Australian Fashion Week on Monday.

While it’s unclear if the two women exchanged words, they were both pictured at the Carriageworks venue in Redfern, Sydney.

Abbie, 25, slipped into a sophisticated structured shirt dress, which was left slightly unbuttoned to reveal a hint of cleavage.

The podcast host, who is acting as a roving reporter at Fashion Week, completed her look with strappy heels and a pair of gold drop earrings.

Meanwhile, Sogand turned heads in an asymmetrical, skintight white frock featuring a thigh split and cut-out detail on one side.

The former civil engineer-turned-influencer, 32, teamed the dress with a designer clutch and studded heels.

Tensions reached boiling point between Abbie and Sogand on The Bachelor in 2019 when the pair clashed in the mansion.

Sogand claimed her rival was two-faced and behaved differently when astrophysicist Matt wasn’t around.

‘I couldn’t hold back after seeing how Abbie was one way in front of us girls when the cameras were rolling, then another way to Matt,’ she said at the time.

‘She is a manipulator and it is time I tell her how it is.’

Sogand also said she wouldn’t normally associate with ‘people like Abbie’, whose behaviour on the show she described as ‘malicious’.

During one of their arguments, Sogand told Abbie that ’90 per cent of the girls’ in the mansion doubted her intentions for being on the show.

Since filming the show, Abbie has claimed she was bullied in the mansion.

However, she has managed to parlay her reality TV appearance into a lucrative career as a podcast host and beauty influencer.
