Matt Damon carries his own luggage as he jets into Sydney Airport

Matt Damon is known as one of the nicest guys in Hollywood.

And the Oscar winner lived up to his reputation on Thursday, when he opted to carry his own luggage through Sydney airport after jetting in on a commercial flight.

The Good Will Hunting star, 50, cut a casual figure as he made his way through the terminal with wife Luciana Barroso, following their short trip from Byron Bay.
