Jennifer Garner tours construction site of her new Brentwood home with her parents

Her ex Ben Affleck is currently vacationing in Miami, Florida with his former fiancee Jennifer Lopez.

But Jennifer Garner appeared to be having some fun of her own on Tuesday while giving her parents a tour of her new home, which is currently under construction. 

The 49-year-old actress walked arm-in-arm with her mother Patricia as they explored the Brentwood property.

Garner looked cheery as she smiled at passersby, while helping her mom into her black SUV.

The Alias star wore her brunette hair down and shielded her eyes with a pair of black RayBan sunglasses.

She tucked a blue polo top into the waistband of her boot cut jeans and slipped her feet into some of her comfiest sneakers.

Jennifer also had an Apple watch on her wrist and a few chains around her neck.  

Garner appeared to be loving the work being done on her soon-to- be home in the affluent Los Angeles neighborhood, where she has lived for years.

Her ex Ben also lives in close proximity to Brentwood, which has also been home to the likes of Reese Witherspoon and Laura Dern.

Jennifer and Ben, who got divorced in 2018 after over a decade of marriage, are both based in Los Angeles in order to share parental duties over their three kids.

The former couple share daughters Violet, 15, Seraphina, 12, and son Samuel.

Before jetting off to Miami, Ben was seen giving their eldest daughter driving lessons in his Mercedes S63, which can retail for up to $151,600.

In California, you can obtain a license at the age of 16 if you have completed both driver education and driver training, passed the driving test and have had a permit for at least six months.  

Affleck is currently hunkered down at former fiancee Jennifer Lopez’s Miami-based rental home, after seemingly rekindling his romance with the 51-year-old earlier this month. 

The couple’s relationship came as a shock to fans, heating up again nearly 17 years after their failed engagement. They’ve since enjoyed several trips and hangouts in Los Angeles, Montana and most recently Miami.

The On The Floor singer is said to be ‘impressed’ with how much Ben has ‘stepped up his game,’ specifically going out of his way to prioritize their relationship, and considering her busy work schedule and flying back and forth between LA and Miami. 

‘Ben is really making a huge effort. J.Lo thinks Ben has really stepped up and loves this version of him,’ a source told E! News. 

‘It’s comforting to her and she is smitten. They are giddy together and you can tell she’s really happy.’ 

Their reunion came just weeks after Jennifer confirmed the end of her relationship with former New York Yankee Alex Rodriguez just one month ago after the pair dated for four years and were engaged for two years.
