Below Deck: Down Under is officially confirmed as filming for the hit Bravo series kicks off in Australia

Bravo is expanding their Below Deck franchise with two brand new spin-offs, including an Australian version that is already halfway through filming. 

Below Deck: Down Under was officially confirmed on Friday, and is set to air on NBC’s streaming service Peacock.

‘The usual five-star service will be even more difficult for these adventurous yachties who will have access to a glamorous lifestyle and exotic perks that few people will ever experience,’ reads a press release.

The Below Deck franchise is no stranger to Australia, with many of the show’s former cast members hailing from Down Under.

The eighth season of Below Deck featured three Australian cast members.

Francesca Rubi replaced longtime Chief Stewardess Kate Chastain, while Izzy Wouters joined as the boat’s new deckhand and Ashling Lorger came on board as a stewardess.

On Below Deck Mediterranean, Hannah Ferrier starred as the chief stewardess for five seasons and became a franchise fan favourite.
