The ‘record-breaking’ return will see contestants ‘earning more money for their chosen charity than any other in the history of the show’.

Last week, the network offered a sneak peek into the returning reality series.

The network released a new trailer which includes some of the highlights from the upcoming season.

In the video, fashion designer Camilla Franks breaks down in tears after a fiery clash with English comedian Ross Noble.

During a heated boardroom meeting, Ross says: ‘You are self-obsessed.’

Camilla then breaks down in tears while leaving the room and says: ‘To call me self-obsessed on national TV was the cruellest thing you could have done.’

Elsewhere in the trailer, David Genat is seen promising Michelle Bridges that he has ‘her back in the boardroom’.

However, the former Australian Survivor star then criticises the celebrity trainer as they face CEO Lord Alan Sugar.

‘I didn’t feel like I got any direction from Michelle at all,’ he says.

A voiceover then adds: ‘He is playing a game. He will win at all costs.’

The Veronicas, twin sisters Lisa and Jessica Origliasso, also get into an argument at one stage, and are shown in tears.

‘This has nothing to do with you!’ one of the pair screams as the other weeps in tense scenes.

Celebrity Apprentice Australia is set to return to screens in 2021 – for the first time in six years.
