Rose Byrne endured a very relatable parenting moment during a family outing on Saturday in Sydney.

The actress, 41, and partner Bobby Cannavale, 51, along with their two young sons, Rafa, three, and Rocco, five, were enjoying a day at the park when Rafa decided to use Rose as a piece of play equipment.

The toddler clambered onto his Bridesmaids star mother’s shoulders and used her brunette tresses to pull himself up.

‘Having the grandparents [around] – I got very spoiled when I was there. They’re very hands-on and I really do miss that,’ she said after a stint in Australia.

‘That’s such a lovely thing to have. Occasionally I’ll walk out of the house [in New York] and be like, ‘Where am I again? Why am I here again?’ I still feel like the outsider.

‘But America’s been good to me. I met my husband here, I’ve been very lucky in America. [But] it’s hard to leave [Australia]. I was quite disoriented after those six months, coming back to New York.’
