Comedian Celeste Barber reveals which celebrity her ‘hot husband’ picked for his ‘hall pass’

Celeste Barber has been with her husband Api Robin for 18 years, and like many couples, they have celebrity crushes.

On Tuesday, one of the comedian’s fans asked her if Api, who has been dubbed her ‘hot husband’, has a ‘celebrity hall pass’.

A ‘celebrity hall pass’ in a relationship refers to a famous person your significant other would be given a ‘pass’ to sleep with if they had the chance, without it being defined as ‘cheating’.

The 38-year-odl replied by sharing a photo of Api posing with a photoshopped image of model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, 34.

Celeste, who was amusingly poking her head out from behind the pair, wrote: ‘He thinks he does. Seriously’.

She appeared to be implying Api wouldn’t have a shot with the stunning English star, who is in a relationship with actor Jason Statham, 53.

The funny woman recently revealed she genuinely feared her seven year marriage was done for in 2020.

Appearing on British actress and activist Jameela Jamil’s iWeigh podcast, Celeste said the coronavirus pandemic put a strain on their relationship.

Celeste claimed the lockdown periods changed the couple’s dynamic as they had become good at ‘missing each other’ and rarely spent all their time together.

‘We are very lucky, we just absolutely love each other… Api said it [their tensions] was because of the pandemic, it’s not normal for us to be spending this much time together. It was so good that he said that,’ she said.

‘Most of the time it can be not f***ing pretty – marriage is hard,’ she added.
