Sydney Swans star Sam Reid has listed his South Coogee home.
The 29-year-old footballer and his wife, Kim, have set an auction date of May 22 for the four-bedroom home, reports Realestate.com.au.
It has a $3.5million price guide, after the high-profile couple paid $1.65million for the property in 2014.

Sam and Kim extensively renovated the house, including adding wide oak floorboards, a new swimming pool and a Caesarstone kitchen.
PPD Real Estate agent Zach Carter said Kate Lawrence, an interior designer and partner of Swans co-captain Luke Parker, was involved in the renovation.
‘It is a beautifully presented house which will be very popular with many people looking to buy in the area,’ said the agent.
The couple are moving to a new home they’re building on Sydney’s north shore.

Sam and longtime girlfriend Kim tied the knot in 2017. Their first child, a son named Saxon, was born in 2019.
The Sydney Swans veteran forward, who won a premiership with the club in 2012, is sidelined with a calf problem from last weekend’s loss to the Gold Coast Suns.
He is set to miss several weeks.
