Jackie ‘O’ Henderson struggles not to vomit live on air

She has heard it all during her more than 20 years as one half of the nation’s favourite shock jocks. 

But on Wednesday, radio star Jackie ‘O’ Henderson was left almost vomiting during an on air revenge confession call. 

The 46-year-old started retching when a listener recalled the time he let one of his co-workers drink urine out of his Gatorade bottle.  

The caller, who remained anonymous, said he was annoyed at a co-worker kept drinking his powdered Gatorade. 

‘Probably going on about 10 years I used to work for an airline company,’ he explained.

‘I had the Gatorade you make up in the two litre bottle, so I had that, and someone kept drinking my drink every week.’ 

The caller said he got very annoyed by it, so he decided to hatch a plan to urinate in the bottle to trick the energy drink thief. 

‘I actually urinated into the Gatorade before filling it up and someone started drinking it.’ he confessed. 

He went on to recall how he announced it while in the tearoom with his co-workers, much to the thief’s shock and surprise. 

‘I hope you guys like drinking urination, because that’s what was in the bottle,’ he said. 

He said the thief hung his head in shame and he immediately knew he was the culprit. 

The torrid tale caused Jackie to start retching on air. 

Meanwhile, Jackie shared the sad yet very relatable reason why she’s decided to quit social media for good.

She admitted on the show on Wednesday she’s tired of feeling miserable every time she scrolls through her Instagram feed.

‘I’ve stopped using Instagram because I get off it and feel not good about myself. I actually feel worse than before I went on it,’ the mother of one said. 

Jackie, who boasts 204,000 followers on the Facebook-owned social media platform, added: ‘I just think it’s not real, everything is so Photoshopped.’

‘Everyone just looks like they’re having a better life than I am. It’s like they’re getting out more and they’re doing things,’ she continued.

Her co-host Kyle Sandilands, who does not have any social media accounts, agreed with Jackie’s summation, branding Instagram ‘completely fake’.

‘Everyone is pretending, the whole thing is pretend in all honesty,’ he said.

Jackie then revealed she’s considering removing Instagram from her phone for good because she’s tired of feeling bad about herself.

‘I don’t want to know what everyone is doing. I think I’m going to delete the app,’ she said.
