Married At First Sight’s Martha Kalifatidis reveals surprising secret to flat stomach

Married At First Sight’s Martha Kalifatidis is one of Australia’s biggest beauty bloggers-turned-fashion influencers.

On Wednesday, the 32-year-old revealed the surprising secret to her flat stomach during a Q&A on Instagram.

On her Stories, Martha put her taut tummy down to her healthier relationship with food, something she attributes to partner, and personal trainer, Michael Brunelli. 

‘What I have now is cute but it is not a flat stomach,’ she responded in the session. 

‘My work life is so hectic right now that I can’t maintain a healthy balance and work out as much as I’d like to,’ she added. 

Martha went on to say she was so grateful for her work that she didn’t really mind. 

‘I’m so grateful doing what I do that I don’t mind not being 18 per cent body fat. You can’t have it all.’  

Martha and Michael opened up about their relationship in an unfiltered interview with Stellar Magazine last week.

‘I feel like you dated everything that had a heartbeat on Tinder,’ she told Michael during the chat.

Martha then took another cheeky swipe, saying her partner had ‘low standards’ when he was single. 

‘When I met Michael, his thumbs were actually flat from using Tinder so much. His standards were so low,’ she said. 

Despite their cheeky banter, Michael revealed their relationship was going from strength to strength and it ‘couldn’t be better’. 

Martha will soon appear on Celebrity Apprentice, which will premiere on Channel Nine in the coming weeks
