Kendall Jenner conducts relaxing sound bath with crystal singing bowls for followers on Instagram

Kendall Jenner played a relaxing sound bath Sunday on social media with singing crystal bowls.

The 25-year-old model posted a video on Instagram of herself giving her roughly 159 million followers a soothing concert.

She wrote in the caption: ‘for you. close your eyes and breathe :)’ along with a pink brain emoji.

Kendall also added: ‘i’m not an expert! just vibrating and growing’.

The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star wore casual crystal conductor wear with a white tank top and grey sweatpants and accessorized with stud earrings and a necklace.

Kendall had her long, dark hair gathered with a clip and a few loose strands framed her face.

The three-minute, 25-second sound bath opened with Kendall holding a larger bowl while running a mallet counterclockwise along the rim creating a high-pitched note.

She added several side strikes to smaller bowls producing different sounding chimes.

Kendall then continued by making another bowl sing in a different frequency with intermittent chimes added.

A fireplace roaring underneath pink neon wall art in the background added to the calming effect.

The model during the sound bath alternated between several crystal bowls changing the frequency and tone of the sounds with chimes interspersed.

Kendall toward the end of the video stopped and put her palms on her legs as she absorbed the sounds.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians in March premiered its 20th and final season on the E! network.
