Nadia Fairfax plays arcade games on her Hamilton Island honeymoon after her VERY lavish wedding to financier husband Michael Wayne

Nadia Fairfax and her husband Michael Wayne have proved that marriage can be all fun and games. 

The 31-year-old socialite and her finance tycoon husband tied the knot last month, but have been honeymooning on Hamilton Island for the past few weeks. 

Posting to her Instagram on Thursday, the newlywed shared pictures of the couple playing arcade games.

‘Hoopin’ on Hamo with my very own Dream Team,’ she simply captioned the photographs.

In the first picture, the two appear to be shooting basketball hoops, while the second shows the influencer seated in a racing car machine. 

The low-key activity during their sun-filled getaway is a contrast from her fabulous nuptials.

On March 25, the model tied the knot with her longtime partner Michael, donning an extravagant long gown.  

Fellow socialite Kate Waterhouse was appeared to have been a part of the bridal party, and shared a series of videos and photos from before the ceremony on Instagram Stories. 

Nadia and Michael were wed in a no-expense-spared ceremony at Swifts, a heritage-listed late-Victorian Gothic Revival mansion in Sydney’s Darling Point.

The couple exchanged vows in front of their friends and family in a stunning outdoor ceremony shortly before it rained.  

Nadia announced her engagement to Michael in March last year, and they were married almost a year to the day later. 

‘A little ray of light in all of the murkiness,’ she wrote on Instagram at the time, referencing the coronavirus pandemic.
