Olivia Wilde is ‘NOT living with ex Jason Sudeikis’ despite telling a judge otherwise in stalker case… amid her romance with Harry Styles
Olivia Wilde is said to have told a judge that she still lives under the same roof with her ex Jason Sudeikis, while requesting a temporary restraining order from an alleged stalker who has reportedly been harassing her for months.
But a source tells TMZ that Wilde, 37, – who has since moved on in a new relationship with Harry Styles, 27, – lives in a separate residence from Sudeikis, 45, and not together as she has claimed in the docs, though the pair are currently both filming in the UK.
Per the report, Wilde is said to have told a judge in legal documents: ‘I live with Mr. Sudeikis and our two children’ (The former couple share son Otis, six, and daughter Daisy, four.)

While it is unclear why Wilde stated in the documents that she still lives with Sudeikis, the actress and director is said to have been most concerned with getting the court-ordered protection for herself and her family.
Wilde filed the documents with her lawyer Shawn Holley, but Sudeikis is said to have not been part of the legal filing.
Her alleged stalker reportedly left her terrified by leaving her a number of disturbing notes asserting they are romantically involved, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.

The star also claims the stalker has showed up ‘to her home on multiple occasions to leave notes falsely claiming they’re in a relationship.’
One of the letters, addressed to Sudeikis, reads: ‘[Olivia] was unhappy in her relationship, and how she wanted to start a new relationship with me… this continued almost every day… until January, when Harry Styles got credit for what I was doing.’
Another chilling note that Wilde received, says: ‘I, as of March 19, 2021 am now struggling to stay sane whilst being hidden.’

‘I live with Mr. Sudeikis and our two children,’ the Booksmart director wrote in legal docs of her living situation.
Wilde began dating superstar Harry Styles just weeks after ending her seven-year engagement with Sudeikis in November 2020.
Wilde and Styles made their debut as a couple in the midst of working together on their recently-wrapped movie Don’t Worry Darling.
