Katie Price is ‘forced to deny’ secret lockdown barber trips as she reveals son Jett’s fresh haircut

Katie Price was ‘forced to deny’ secret trips to the barbers and hairdressers on Saturday as scrupulous fans noticed her son Jett’s, seven, freshly cut locks and accused her of flouting the rules.

The TV personality, 42, claimed she is, in fact, the person cutting her children’s tresses as she responded to backlash online.

On a recent snap of her youngest son, who she shares with her ex-husband Kieran Hayler, Katie received multiple comments from fans quizzing Jett’s new haircut.

One Instagram user penned: ‘He’s absolutely gorgeous but would love to know whose doing all the haircuts in your family bubble?’

While most followers commented on her ‘handsome boy,’ noting the striking resemblance with her eldest daughter Princess, 13, a second user penned: ‘Rules are only for some of us apparently she can do what she wants.’

A rep for Katie said to The Sun: ‘Katie often cuts the children’s hair, as a lot of mums have been doing in lock down with hairdressers closed.

‘Katie for one will be delighted when beauty and hair salons re- open again – not long now.’

Hairdressers are expected to open in the UK from April 12th. Other personal care services and outdoor settings including zoos and theme parks are expected to open at the same time.

Restaurant outdoor seating, such as beer gardens, are expected to open on the same day.

Just one day prior, Katie mocked her driving ban as she got behind the wheel in her silver BMW and ploughed through bushes on land at her £2million mucky mansion.

In a video uploaded to her Youtube account, the TV personality said in a condescending tone that she is ‘allowed’ to drive because it’s her ‘land.’

She then took her vehicle for a spin around her West Sussex property with her partner Carl Woods and daughter Princess.

Katie was banned from driving in 2019 for two years after she was charged with withholding the name of the driver after her Range Rover was involved in a collision in Bexley, south east London.

It marks the sixth time the former glamour model has been banned from the roads.

She is expected to get her license back next week as her disqualification was reduced to 18 months on appeal.

But Katie appeared eager to get back on the road as she said to her followers from the comfort of her four-by-four on Friday: ‘It is a very hot and sweaty day, and guess what… I’m in the driving seat. But I am allowed because I am on my land.

‘If there was a pap here taking a picture of me and they sell it saying, “she’s driving”. Yeah, but I’m on my land.’

She proceeded to drive through overgrown shrubbery on her acreage of land as a concerned Carl, 32, said: ‘Are you going right through there?’

”Course, babes, it’s my car, they’re just bushes,’ she quipped as her eldest daughter  probed: ‘What the hell are you doing, mum?’

She drove around a pile of deserted items and rubbish and got stuck in a dense area of nettles and plants.

‘There might be a hump there,’ Katie said as Princess laughed in the background. ‘When there’s a will, there’s a way.’

Attempting to reverse out of the dense shrubbery, she said: ‘What are you lot panicking for?’

‘I thought these were supposed to be off roading cars?” Katie continued as Carl responded: ‘I mean, this is f***ing extreme.’

‘Mum please stop,’ added her 13-year-old daughter.
